Always worth taking a look to check what banks would offer to take over.
Even if the appraisal is a bit pricey it's worth in the long run if you're getting a better rate.

Do this with insurance too, tell your insurance company you're looking at cheaper offers for same coverage, actually browse around tell them you found something better and make them fight for your business.
Throw the deuces and move to the other company if they don't beat them.
