I want a gta with fully destructible environments with lasting impact over set period of time. Graphics can be same as gta 4 idc. Would also like ability to blast enemy limbs/heads off like pc gta 3 from back in the day.

If anything, Rockstar will probably satire it, just like they've done with many past politics, trends, and societal changes relevant to the time the game is set in.



I thoroughly enjoyed 4, it just felt like less in terms of scope, because they had to put so many resources into the engine, physics, etc. vs building a large world.
Vice City, San Andreas, and 5 are pretty much on par, for me anyway, with 4 only slightly behind.
