Started walking in circles, collapsed and couldnt get back up, puking a lot

After a couple hours she is back walking again but wobbly and shes acting a bit weird

Know for a fact is was a stroke?
My first dog got vestibular disease (common in old dogs) and made him really dizzy, could barely walk.
Ultimately made the decision to put him down after steroids and meds didnt help him..
Cried like a big bitch and I'm not ashamed at all.

This I did consider. It was just so sudden and she had no other symptoms up until it happened, I dont have any experience either way. I dont even know which scenario would be preferred, they both seem really shitty.
