my family group chat was at like 50-100 messages a day. everyone posts their dinners, what they did that day, etc. yuck, who's got time to read that. and they're all boomers who over use emojis.

so i took a bunch of photos of my face doing all of the emojis, sad, happy, blush, kissy face, etc. and after only 1 day of using only these to respond ive been kicked out of the group chat. and by that i mean they started a new one because they dont like confrontation and my mom told me.

give it a try if you're tired of getting 50+ messages a day, people hate it.

i just ignore chats like that. check in every now and then. realize it's not worth commenting, and then continue ignoring

my family has this bad habit of posting like 120 messages, then later when i see them in person saying "hey you never responded to my question", that was buried way in there. now they have to text me personally!
