As for myself. I think probably yes. There would be way too many people in this complot if it was staged. Sooner or later someone would tell ifnot on their deathbed. Unrealistic to keep a secret like this for such a long time when so many people are involved.

Theres no way we went to the moon, that people actually believe Nixon called the moon is beyond silly.
