I’m still on the beer and barely eating one meal a day... but also intermittent fasting at the same time.

6 foot 145lbs. Looking less lean and muscualar than my past pics but I’m not posting before and after. Hopefully I’ll be still working out in a month and I post a progress pic.

Maybe I can work up more of an appetite and I would also like to stop drinking too but I’m bored.

no i dont have the motivation... but i got all this for very cheap, only a few hundred $

ive been trying to start working out again and its hard, but i have always been passionate about health and fitness just been depressed and fucked up mentally over the past 5 years

I think the hardest part is starting :) When you see progress it'll motivate you further. And motivation just gets your started anyway, discipline gets things done. I truly hope you achieve your goals m8 :)

I suggest switching to whiskey on the rocks, less carbs/calories

ive never really seen progress ever... atleast thats how it seems to me but im perfectionsist and notihng is ever good enough.. ever. which makes me give up

did u not see im 6 foot tall 145 lbs... im lean as fuck

i think i could use the calories/carbs.

Take those progress pics and it's gonna be years of work anyway. Unless you take some subtances you know. At least I believe in you :)
