Ingredients:

dry:
1.5 cups all purpose white flour
1.5 cups 00-bread flour
pinch of salt
optional: nutritional yeast
Wet:
about 1.5 cups warm water (105 degrees F)
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp yeast

Firstly, you must prove the yeast:
Mix 0.5 cups of your warm water with the sugar and yeast. Let stand for 30 minutes. You can continue with the recipe during this time.

Then,
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl
2. Create a small 'well' (conic-shaped hole) in the center of the mixture.
3. Begin adding the yeast mixture and water to the center of the 'well' and start mixing in a circular fashion (with a wooden spoon) to slowly mix in the surrounding flour. Do this until you have added all the water and yeast mixture.
4. Using your hands, mix in all the surrounding flour and add more water (if needed) until you get a soft and light (meaning not dense) ball-shaped dough. The dough should not be very sticky, add more flour if it is.
5. Leave the dough in the bowl and cover it with a kitchen towel. Let stand for 30min-1hour (longer if you are in a colder environment)
6. The dough should have gained some volume, punch it.
7. Place it on a well greased baking sheet. Most people prefer a bread mold, but you can also use a regular baking sheet for rustic-style bread.
8. Let stand for 45min-1hour.
9. Cook for 31 minutes at 375 degrees(F) or until the top is golden-brown.
10. Let stand at least a few minutes before enjoying!

that sounds like some tasty bread zeroRooter! :)

you should add some raisins and cinnamon as well and some butter on the top of the loaf while it's still hot! :D

(just lightly spread melted butter over the crust)
