Jesus himself avoided Jerusalem because the Jews sought to kill him. In that same way I've experienced bullying at one job site. I've since been training at the lead job site and the grass is greener here. Everyone is a lot nicer and more focused on their jobs. My previous role was full of Karen's and people who tick checkboxes to get brownie points from middle management. In short, I don't want to go back to that shitty job situation. I am planning to transfer to the lead job site, even if it's just to avoid one of my bosses who loves to put me on practice improvement plans.
