You can go out in your car from time to time and turn on your heater, see if your town has warming stations and go there for a bit. Aside from that, bundle up. If you have a gas stove you can turn on the burners and stand next to them

Supposedly you can use a crock pot liner (the ceramic pan you put the food in) above candles and it'll distribute heat

I read it before the snowstorm but luckily didn't have to attempt it.
