After Japan got defeated In world War 2 and surrendered, USA didn't enslave or punish Japan for committing such atrocities. Instead USA help build their economy back up and fixed their government. And now Japan is top 5 biggest economy in the world. South Korea is the same story, south Korea was one of the poorest country on earth. Under USA support it's one of the richest countries and high tech in the world. Every country backed by USA becomes rich. And USA is true freedom, freedom of speech, freedom to own guns.
