I'm unemployed it's 3am Im wide awake drinking and doing all sorts of stuff I know i need to stop but can't it doesn't seem like there is nothing to stop for

Need help guys what can I do it's 2am I don't have a job I don't have a house I'm sleeping on my parents floor drunk every night and I'm waking up at 1-3pm the first thing I do is think of alcohol

i'm the same but i have a job and my own place. i'm just addicted to weed, its all i think about and love being stoned. everytime i try to stop i make it like 3-4 days and say fuck it and go back.
