I think that we may be at the very cusp of where real actors will be replaced in the movies that we go to see or watch online.
Actors are having to sign contracts where they give permission for exceptionally realistic AI versions/likenesses of them to be used as a producer sees fit. Keep your DVDs or downloaded film originals as they may be redone using AI and the actors replaced. I like animation, but do love supporting the art of acting. Good actors grab a hold of us and do not let go until the film ends.

True. There are communities of creators which are already producing films of all lengths using AI/LLMs. I may be cursed to be old school and I will miss real actors.

I thrive in isolation I hate people.

I love isolation, too. But, hope that people who do things out there in the real world are reasonably happy and not suffering due to being displaced by tech thingies. Ah, but it may be too late for having hope. 4nt, I may be a pessimistic optimist. I will order a lawn chair from Amazon and join you!
