I am hovering over the stove frantically taste testing my Chile and there is something missing. Quite possibly YOUR secret ingredient. If you could be so kind as to share this information, my Chile might just make it.

Jalapenos, poblanos, and serronos. Garlic, onion and cumin. Some Sriracha and another hot sauce.

That's all pretty generic though. Secret ingredient though? Flaming hot cheetos. It sounds weird but it is really good. Just let them soften up a little bit at the end of cooking. Super good.

fresh lime juice, the acidity helps the flavours blend without the upfront citrus flavor of a lemon.
