I think a Pizza must have cheese or be very sophisticated if not to be good.

Absolutely. Cheese, extremely light sauce, New York style. For toppings I usually go for bacon and jalapenos or bacon and banana peppers

Pizza is super dry without cheese, not appealing.

Cheese is a must for me! Although, in my pizza making past at the local deli, I have had people order pizzas without cheese! A little weird but understandable if someone is lactose intolerant! :)

None actually! I hated when pizza orders and sandwich orders came in! But if I had to pick one, I'd say cheese cuz it was easier! Delis get really busy so taking time to make a pizza or sandwich always got us behind! :)

I can see that. I feel like making pizzas would be fun. I'd be eating pepperoni and sausage and bacon all day long, little bit on the pizza, little bit for me :lol:
