So I got banned from the lobby of my Credit Union (same thing as a bank).

The name of the bank is Gesa (they are mostly in Washington State).

I didn't even know you could possess a bank account (in this case a checking account and saving account) with a credit union and be banned from entering their buildings.

I didn't even know that was a thing.

And it applies to all Gesa locations, so Gesa banks I've literally never stepped foot in, I'm banned from them too.

Of course I got banned because I have anger issues and I spent 3 hours on the phone with this " customer server support team " only to have two calls disconnect / and / or the people hung up on me.

After wasting 2-3 hours on the phone and them not being able to fix my issue.

I went into the bank and yelled and made a big scene because I was pissed off that their banks customer service was so abysmal (it was).

It reminds of the customer serivce of PNC bank (which is always bad customer service).

Anyway I made a huge scene and I was like " Why do I even bank here? Do I need to find a new bank?"

Then boom 2-3 weeks later the female manager that came out to " Diffuse the situation" got me banned from 100% of the inside of Gesa Bank locations.

So now I have to petition the higher ups in the banks to reverse the decision that was made.

Keep in mind I'm been banking with this credit union for the last 10 years.

TL:DR: Version: I got banned from the inside of my bank (all lobby's) from yelling and making a scene inside my credit union, will petition to have them reverse the decision.

when I got arrested in 2019, I replaced the two doors that I broke on Dustin's house (he was renting there)

I got sober for 2 years then started weed back up again, my girlfriend said she wants me to quit weed, and she doesn't like that I smoke weed so I'm quitting weed, weed and cocaine would be my biggest vices but I haven't done blow since 2018 probably.

I'm going to start going to AA again to get off of alcohol and weed (my most recent vices in 2025)

So if I had 2 years sober off all drugs and alcohol I can do this again. Which I am, I'm getting sober again.

Please try to resolve the credit union ban.
Even taking the effort to try and explain it wont happen again could help.
