Lately, I've been pushing myself. And, the tiredness, if not due to being sick or something, goes away.
Feeling tired when it is not necessary is a pet peeve.

I'll also take this 3hr First.

I just wait until bedtime and maybe go to bed a little earlier than normal. Naps make me feel worse, if I can even fall asleep. Usually just end up lying there.

^ That would make me quickly fall asleep. Except for when it's a strain that makes you feel as if you are falling deep into the couch. Deep deep down into some labyrinth where Fraggle Rock characters are there busily moving about. That kind of strain.
