Anyone run 8-13 miles per day here?
Or bicycle 13-38 miles per day?
Obviously not every day, but some days?
I use to do 1000 1 pump burpees, 1000 squats, and 1000 reps of varying ab workouts, and run 8-10 miles a day for about a year
and then I decided to hit a vape one day and went down hill from there. that was 2 and a half years ago.
