Ofc fruit veggie usually buy frozen.

Always except stuff like watermelon

Washing it for sure if im gunna eat the skin like apples, cherries, strawberries etc

Washing all vegetables cuz they grow in the dirt

Especially lettuce and broccolis
Gotta clean those real good
Ive had a small caterpillar in between the lettuce flaps and ever since then, i wash really thoroughly
