Was rototilling my garden and raised beds.
Laying down some fresh dirt and working hard to get it ready for planting.

A thought occurred to me that I prefer working on my own time.
I get to set my own schedule and my mood is overall more positive.
However there are people who want a deadline or a determined schedule.

So I figured I'd as GC,
Generally speaking whose time would your rather work on, yours or theirs?
