264K left at 7.75% interest. Been adding an extra $1.2K/month to principle to pay off earlier while doing improvements like replacing the floors, new furniture, new HVAC, etc.


I just want to stop fixing things and pay it off quicker but shit keeps breaking.

saved a lot of money from my days of oil and gas, working in different states and canada.
bought my home, (old farm house) and land basically straight up.
Only did it on a plan to boost my credit. but it's paid for now.
