Did you know that penguins have been observed engaging in same-sex behavior since at least 1911. In one study, 28.3% of 53 displaying pairs were same-sex, and the majority of those were between males??

Science knows of at least one gay penguin couple. I'd say they need to be pretty smart to value social bonds over someone else's opinion.
