non lo vedo come un cambiamento così vitale.
ora puoi usare rune, mastery e starting items più diversificati a seconda di chi hai contro e questa modifica è sicuramente un buff all'early game di akali.
ma devi considerare che anche prima non è che fosse questo gran problema, anzi conosco gente che se ne fotteva di avere entrambe le passive sbloccate all'1 (si sbloccavano comunque entrambe per il livello 2-3 max) per poter usare un set di rune/mastery più funzionale.
