Any 3os knife is not always 100% charsi, you can always make void for hammer in, regardless of skills, but 0 adds always looks better on hammer obv. If you rolld 15magic it's rly nice, and then 15magic 12att is BIS for hammer.
For warlock, 3 abyss & 3 miasma chain is gg (synergy) but also prebuff skills like consume
3 abyss 3 MC 3 consume would be gg too but super expensive
So for your item, it's not rly suitable for warlock without abyss, and not 100% stylish for hammer, it's usable for hammer if you don't care about useless skills added.
Also take a look at str req and dex, as well as if it's eth or non eth
