do uniques drop with full charges ? i know my marrow walkers sure didnt
ethereal yes. they drop randomized charges and 100% full on all is possible same as andariel visage you can find a eth one with full charge
but the item he is looking for he will still be looking for it in 10 years. no way this can be found befor the next 10yrs ahah with 100% full charges on 4 or 5 different charges lol + being 100% perfect and eth
