anyone else have thoughts on this. for the hex echo build i think its pretty solid.
if your running obsession + meph book your already at 95% fcr. you can hit 125 off belt and a single ring? the 98 ar is 2-3% chance to hit which is a dps increase. 18 str is 18 more points you can spend on vit. 24% ed is is the only stat thats sub optimal and even that is still a dmg increase on the physical portion which would give slight increase in mana/life leach.
