probably for some restricted lvl dueling , other than that they are missing crucial stats.

For example:
Chaos Band > Its a mix betwen a caster and a melee ring , Its missing either FCR , at least 50 mana , needs at least 90 AR , or some big str or dex stat. You cant even give this ring 1 point per afix.
Viper Spiral needs some life instead of mana , or more at least 5 to all res. This would probably used by some low lvl duelers
Wraith Turn has 3 really cool stats , wich almost brings it to a decent value. Life , ar and leech are fine , but it needed at least another point to be a sellable ring. THis is ur best ring
Beast Eye is just all out trash.

chaos band is almost a zon ring. if it had all res instead of maek itd be a nice lil temp, but as is its not that great.

Viper spiral maybe some ist/ists value as temp if some needs basically any/rand dual leech ring...
