yeah, there is no level req on it. str lvl req is 67, very minor.

I wouldn't keep this around tbh on the off chance somebody looks for one. Maybe it it were 15/3

yeah i think you're right, i did a comparison between the two, without anything. this is what it comes up with

dmg is 11-20 on 15ed war axe.

this is what im getting out of it. fill it with min/max jewels is your best option.
