You are right about the resistances but there is enhanced damage (Added max damage) as a suffix. Its listed as Enhanced Damage for prefix and suffix on https://diablo-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Affixes_. The prefix is % and suffix is flat max. I just listed it this way because of the table of contents on d2 affixes.

yes max or min is a suffix, however, its not a desired affix as it creates a bug with ED% on helm. Also, either min or max is substantionally worse than STR as an example as overflow str is converted to ED% of which that eD% will add more damage than min or max will.

enhanced damage is a prefix and can't spawn with 2barb, 2 socket and visionary as you violate the 3 prefix rule.

These helms are incredibly rare, I would be willing to take a stat worse than str
