the ED on the new sunders and ancient jewels have all been bugged since release. at this current time the ED does not work on or in anything unless it is in an actual weapon.
jewel has been bugged forever for mixing ed and min/max dmg. I never heard about charm being bugged and I use it on PVP and it seemed to work fine. Charm has no min/max, is there a bug that I'm not aware off? Because this is completely different than min/max ed bug.
