Lot of damage and attack rating to go with the perfect leech rolls, I'd say it's worth something. What, exactly, is harder to tell.

you think its more for pvp or pve? would be good to know because pve is not that deep. if it is a pvp ring i only need to find one who need it and he will pay a big price you know

no dual leech rings are pvp rings.
