What makes this base so good
1. It is extremely difficult to stack 450 cold res while maxing out lightning res to counter thunder storm because SvS rules only allow a maximum of 10x life/res small charms
2. This base saves 5 hard points as it's ideal to put points into static instead of thunder storm to maximize damage
