I recently came back to check out updates, haven't been on RS3 in over a year. After buying a membership and playing around for a day, my account got locked due to suspicious activity. My best guess is that I triggered some sort of security lock due to the VPN on my mobile and the VPN on my laptop not having the same IP.

Anyway, I don't have access to the email that is registered, and during the account recovery process I put in the current account email and not a new email that I would like it to be registered to.
My mistake, I didn't read the disclaimer at the top and breezed through the recovery process.

So, my question then is, am I now out of options? Or am I able to repeat the recovery process later? If so, how long should I wait, or is there a potential workaround for this?

As stated, I cannot access that email in order to check and see if they actually sent an unlock approval or denial. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

i think the support team replies to tweets?

I also don't use Twitter, or any social media, but I guess if that's the way to best get their attention I'll go make one to throw away. :wacko:
