on the lower level, do we mine the veins faster at a certain percent after each skill level that we gain? im currently lvl 45 mining and i use a rune pickaxe. thanks

Yes. I wouldnt go in at 45 though, I'd wait until atleast 55/60.

Powermining mith will be better unless you absolutely need to afk
