I've seen a bit of the preview for 2023 and jagex is claiming to release a new staff in mid 2023 for ancient magiks, a bit higher magic attack, longer freezes, bigger life leech but no % damage bonus or infinite water rune supply like kodai wand, apparently. It's just speculation at this point

But I'm wondering if I should just sell my kodai wand before the crash happens, I don't want a ghrazi rapier crash happening on me. I only use it for slayer dust devils anyway, I can't say it's important.

What do you think?

Also, we already got a similar thing in runescape 3, I remember 10 years ago... muh curses. When I went to osrs I was disappointed to not be able to find them anywhere. But I don't remember a staff being released. I think they're gonna copy paste a lot of content and ideas.

Only thing better is the 10% boost in heals, shouldn't lower price unless people crash it due to not needing it in inferno anymore with rune pouch upgrade/more leech

Can I ask people, what would be some good ways to put my kodai wand to use... slayer tasks like dust devils hardly need this. It would be useful when I will do inferno. But I hardly know anything about bosses or raids... is it super useful in raids or some other thing?

If not, I might as well sell it and buy osmumten sword since it seems great for many monsters

also, ancient wyvern shield, I missed the part where it costs 600k to fully charge and since I got 2 accounts, that seems like a really shitty deal where I can't transfer this item in-between without paying 600k which is a lot. I remember buying it for bronze iron steel dragons but anything I could put this to good use?

Not a big fan of bosses but i do want 99 slayer eventually on both and I do plan at some point to do raids/nex since they smell like amazing money makers. But I haven't seen anyone use kodai or wyvern shield there. Useless items?

Wyvetn shield sucks
you can use kodai at kraken instead of trident or as a swap to cast a few blood spells to regen back up. This way you never have to bank at kraken except when you have a full inventory of goodies.
