This used to be possible but it was deemed too strong and removed from runelite
There is no legitimate way to do this now - attempting to do so can get you banned

Do ardy meds, get lvl for ardy knights and do them. It’s way more chill and just left click

not left click alone, but could set it to shift + left click to knock out & then left click to piickpocket (pretty sure this is possible in runelite, havent done in awhile)

This is the first thought that popped in to my head, and I feel like the right click/moving mouse is the actual annoying part making this viable with just the shift swap.
