So after all of these years I had never really given RS a try. Started up a f2p account and have been enjoying it so far. The quests have been enjoyable for the most part...just enough goofiness to keep me entertained. I only have Black Knight's Fortress, Dragon Slayer I, and Shield of Arrav left to do. I plan on finishing those tomorrow....maybe not the shield. Depends if I can find someone who is part of the Black Arm Gang.

Been leveling my skills and such, but I wonder if after all is said and done with the quests, should I move on and grab a membership or would I be better off just chilling on f2p and getting some more levels and money? There is a lot added I know, but I don't want to be completely in a spot where I feel the need to do everything all at once and end up doing nothing at all.

Any input is welcome.

I'd say you're better off paying irl money for membership starting out.

Otherwise you'll make 6-7m in f2p for 14 days worth of a bond and not fully know what to do or you'll feel overwhelmed with HAVING to make X gp per day to supply your bond.

That's a good point. I don't care to be stressed out in a game if I can help it. Any tips on where you suggest I should start?

barrows gloves is a good goal. It will require you to do a handful of quests and train a lot of your skills.

Agility levels help a lot tbh.
At 1 it takes something like 12-13 mins to regen 100% energy
At 20 it's something like 8-9 mins which is a pretty big increase

Full graceful outfit helps a ton for running around, questing, etc and you get those from collecting marks of grace from rooftop agility courses. :)

Although most people seem to dislike agility alot, this ^ is good advice. a big QOL skill for sure.

Yeah agility sounds like a good start. I dislike waiting for my energy to increase. Level 20 doesn't seem too bad to get.
