They mean you can just load up two Runescapes and trade between your two characters yourself.

I think you can look at the online mediator list and see who deals in RS3 and pm them since it's not an actual "trade". You could perhaps make a trade topic for yourself and request a mediator button from their since it's a weird situation. A

There are also several people on this subforum trustworthy enough to do this for you, although I'd be hesitant if you aren't familiar with who these people are.
