You could try to contact Jagex Support and attempt to provide them with enough proof that the account belongs to you. For example if you have ever purchased members with a credit or debt card on said account then you could start there along with any other useful information such as when the account was created, previous passwords used, name changes, ect.
That is the only thing I can really of think of trying but if that doesn't work then you might be out of luck unfortunately. Unless someone else has another idea then this might be your only option if you didn't register an email to the account.
