Are inferno cape services not allowed bc Jamflex tracks them and bans ppl? Or is it something else?

Yes that's right. Because Infernal services are not legal and there is even a ban on obtaining an Infernal cape for a friend, it is not allowed here either. To what extent Jagex really actively monitors this on Infernal capes is the question, but still...

this is not the reason btw. selling gold and offering services in general are also not allowed by jagex. Jsp doesnt allow it since it has to be done via remote access and give the other person control of your computer.
now that parsec is a thing and allows the user to only give permissions to specific applications such as runelite, i see it being allowed eventually.
the main issue being that the are only a couple users on here able to obtain an infernal cape, and even fewer able to do so on remote programs with input lag.
