Depends. Last I knew you had to use programs such as TV to allow someone to complete it.

Unless it changed you are not allowed to buy and sell them here. Ppl buy them all the time from other places and get away with it although i would be very careful as it is often a scam. Never bought one so I dont have any reccomendations but I would advise you not to go cheap and pay som1 reputable.

It's against the rules to offer it here because it can only safely be done via parsec or TeamViewer. There are other places you can go to obtain one which run like 400m
