I think you can do some now just not commonly botted items...but 10qps should take all of 20-30 minutes max

You will need:

10 Quest points
100 total level
20 hours of gameplay

I believe buying membership will also remove restrictions, not sure tho


20 hours of gameplay takes the longest.

I could do this for you while doing agility on my own account though.

As he mentions, membership will remove the restriction, otherwise you're required to do 10QP, 100 total and 20 hours :)
