I am a returning player after many years and I want to buy some gp to jumpstart my account. I am hoping to buy around ~50mil for around 1400-1550fg. Is there a guide anywhere to buying? Do I need to have membership in order to buy gp? What is the etiquette? I would like to make things as painless as possible for the seller, I just don't know how any of this works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just make sure to mention d2jsp and that youre trading for real life currency. Should be fine

I appreciate the list of things I should not do, but is members required to trade that much gold? I seem to remember something about a trading limit or something without members. Do sellers generally prefer to meet on members only worlds?

Don't say anything in-game. Confirm who you are via PM or discord.

New Free-to-play accounts have trade restrictions in place until the account's logged in time surpasses 20 hours of game time, 10 or more quest points are acquired, and reaching 100 total level.

You need all 3 requirements iirc. Doesn't matter if F2P or P2P. I haven't made a new account in a pretty long time. If you're returning, shouldn't be an issue.

e/ and obviously agree on a place to meet. If you're F2P, lumbridge tele spot is pretty common.

Hey, thanks for summarizing why I made this thread! Some of this information isn't that easy to find even via a google search, so getting on a community board about the game is a pretty solid way to learn before actually going through with buying gold, wouldn't you agree? It is very nice to see validation in why I post things

no, actually what I was saying was go play the damn game and you'll have pretty much every question answered. you'd know if there was a trade limit at all within a few seconds. also if you've even bought anything from another person before then you would know how the "etiquette" would go.

Jesus and people wonder why people stuggle to get into jsp. Why even comment this garbage when theres nothing to even take in from it.
