looking for opinons on training 89-99 range on 1def pure. Going to just train at ammonite crabs, but not sure if i should use blowpipe or msb(i) with rune arrows. blowpipe charging seems really pricey.

You dont need high range bonus as they have 1 range def.

You could just use addy darts with range potions. Have you considered nmz with absorps?

i like msb at crabs. nothing crazy but you arent going to find any crazy rates with 1 def tbh. dartsare fine to tho

74k xp/h with mith darts on hard rumble using count draynor, tree spirit, khazard warlord, bouncer, and black demon.

Seems pretty good but absorbs run out pretty quick. Anything i should change up? maybe doing normal rumble or something?

with a full inv of absorps?
Maybe try normal rumble, theyll hit you less often. your exp rates will be lower though
