Serious question - I've been trying to buy 200M for days now, consistently raising my buy price, and yet nobody seems to be selling? I note that raids 3 is coming out soon, but is the market seriously this dry?

I don't doubt it. Just more than I'm comfortable spending since 1:29/30 is already a stretch from what I was anticipating to spend. I'll wait until prices drop I guess.
