Any of you are in a clan that does Bingo events?

How do you guys run the event as in keeping track on items recieved / xp / boss kills / clues completed etc?

Hope some of you are in a clan that does bingo or even host some events? Any help would be appreciated

Yes.

Bingo events take many many hours of planning from event staff for preparation of board all the way through checking screenshots etc. We use Wise Old Man (WOM) for tracking exp/boss kc gained during event. We also create separate discord channels for each team to plan and track screenshots etc. Everything not kc/exp related usually needs screenshots. So starting/end collection log usually with some sort of pass phrase in ss to prove it was during event. Let me know if you have more specific questions and I'll try to answer them.

when drop happens, get screenshot with clan chat (mine changes name on the day) and time stamp w/ the drop in the chat box. Bingo cards can vary but basically drop and time stamp w/ chat box

Kinda had hoped there were a better website as a site like (WOM) only can do 1 kill or boss. so i would need to make like 10 different events? for 1 bingo game?
Im prob gonna pm you guys for more details

WOM you can set up an event that tracks each team members full kc/exp

I don't know how as I don't run the events though.

Was pretty different and fun up until the end when only squares left you can do are dogshit aids.
My team ended up winning the event. Team Voodoo, I was Sixty Neiner.

We'd screenshot with drop in chatbox + a little saying like #Voodoo & the timestamp.

Edit: Once mods said your screenshot is good we just took it into MS PAINT and drew an X thru it and reuploaded the pic to our team channel.
