if i trade on 1 account on jsp and not on the other and they catch me for rmt will i get banned on both? thanks

Yes they will ban all accounts linked to you and your isp and more. You might even face jail time if it’s serious enough.

Not likely to have issues with unassociated accounts, if you've had enough offenses on your IP, they may take further action like that, though. Best of luck!

If you're really worried though, use a muel account and a VPN and you're good to go.
