Starting out as a thought of 60 att/99 str/45 def/44 prayer I think

Will most likely get 99 range and 90-99 mage while going for 99 slayer.

I also plan on this being minimal skilling and maximum pvm via slayer only. I am typically more of a skiller if anything.
