44 pray/ 45 def/60 attack

im trying to get 99 strength

what is the best gears for this in NMZ?

I think back when i was doing my zerk training i just maxed str and prayer bonus and used prayers inside to max exp/hour
even though you use aton of ppots herb boxes helps some and just do a rannar run between trips to save some more gp

what do you think about absortion and full obsidian

I dont know anything about obby armor bonuses tbh when i was doing it d scim was the only way i think
But yeah rocking down to 1 hp and using sorbs + offensive prayers might be cheaper/better

Can afk for a while and if watching pick up spec orbs.

Full obby is bis until 92 (or 91?) hp, then dharok's is better but less afk.

Edit: With that setup I was doing over 1m str exp a day at around 90k+ an hour.
