Accounts never get deleted no matter what, so you're good there. Also it doesn't matter what version of the game you're playing, you can use the same account on both. But if you've never played osrs then you would just login at tutorial island. Just try and make sure all your info is correct, like the email. If you don't have the correct email you might be kinda screwed.

If the email is no longer there, try to remake the old email. If you're able to then you should be able to regain access. I've had to do that once before a long time ago and it worked.
