As anyone in the RuneScape market knows it is rare but possible to receive a RWT ban for gold buying or selling. In regards to JSP who does that liability fall on during a trade?

Example: Player A trades Player B 1B. Player B is banned with the GP but it was delivered. How would this be resolved?

Would Player B still be required to send fg to Player A even though they were banned with the item received? Is there a split liability?

Just questions in my mind before being more active in the gold market here.

As long as gold is delievered i believe you would have to send fg

Everyone takes a risk of being banned ingame for RWT

And jagex can drop the hammer at any given time


Everyone knows the risk or should know by now of trading
